Abstract
La zona costera de Castellón, dividida en la antigüedad entre los territorios de
Dertosa
y
Saguntum
, está ocupada por un poblamiento rural diseminado. En ella se
conocen más de 180 yacimientos de diferentes tipos y categorías, de los que tan sólo
doce ofrecen indicios o evidencias de instalaciones para la producción de vino o aceite.
En este trabajo presentamos una síntesis sobre los restos arqueológicos conocidos que
pueden relacionarse con este tipo de actividades.
The coastal area of Castellón, in ancient times divided between the territories of Derto - sa and Saguntum , is occupied by a rural settlement spread. In this area more than 180 sites are known, of different types and categories, of which only twelve offer clues or evidences of the installations for the production of wine and oil. In this paper we present a summary of known archaeological remains that may be related with this type of activities
