Abstract
No será hasta el año 2007 cuando el baile flamenco sea considerado como una
especialidad independiente en los planes de estudio de los conservatorios de danza, lo
que quiere decir que, hasta entonces, ha dependido de la especialidad de Danza
Española como una asignatura más. Por lo tanto, el análisis del tratamiento de las
políticas educativas españolas sobre el baile flamenco hay que buscarlo en principio en
la situación de la regulación de la danza de nuestro país.
It is not until the year 2007 that Flamenco Dance w ill not be considered as an independent discipline in the Spanish Dance Conserv atories' Curricula, which means that, till then, it depended on the speciality of S panish Dance Studies as a subject. Therefore, the analysis of the treatment of Spanish educational policies on Flamenco Dance is to be found, in principle, in the regulato ry situation of Dance Studies in our country.
