Abstract
A través de una metodología cualitativa se revisa la participación de las mujeres en las actividades guiadas de descenso de ríos. Se busca visibilizar el papel de las relaciones de poder en la construcción del río como espacio productivo en el medio rural, poniendo particular énfasis en el cuerpo y sus procesos de "embodiment" en la vida cotidiana.
Through the use of a qualitative methodology the participation of women in guided rafting activities is revisited. The main objective is to make visible gender relations in the construction of the river as a productive space in the countryside; the body as well as her embodiment process in daily life is emphasized.
