dc.description.abstract	La formación inicial y la formación permanente son, a nuestro entender, la doble cara de una única formación. Las Escuelas universitarias debemos responder al encargo social de preparar los maestros que la escuela necesita en ambos aspectos. Pensamos que deberíamos diferenciar cuatro aspectos en la formación permanente.1. Análisis crítico de la propia actuación como maestro.2. Cambio/ampliación de aspectos concretos de su formación inicial como maestro.3. Experimentación de nuevas técnicas que faciliten el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje.4. Conocimiento de corrientes pedagógicas que aporten nuevos enfoques en la función del maestro.Cada uno de estos aspectos configuraría distintas actividades de formación permanente.	es
dc.description.abstract	We believe that initial nad constant educational training are two sides of the same coin. We think that Teacher Training Colleges should take the responsability of preparing teachers in both respects to the needs of the schools.We believe that it is possible to differentiate four aspects of constant educational training.1. Critical analysis of the teachers perfomance.2. Alter/development of concrete aspects of the initial teacher training.3. Experimenting with new techniques which facilitate the teaching-learning procedure.4. Knowledge of pedagogical currents which bring new approaches to the task of the teacher.Each one of these aspects would carry with it different activities connected with constant training.	es
