Description
Abstract
emergentes.
There have been many efforts to highlight the legal resources available through bibliographic repertoires, both general (Mira Rueda, 2011; Martínez López & Ortega Arjonilla, 2006; Gutiérrez Arcones, 2014) and specialised (Mata-Pastor & Caprara, 2019), where we include the Italian-Spanish combination (Mata-Pastor & Caprara, 2019). However, an additional review of previous works from a largely bilingual perspective seems necessary. To this end, in the present bibliographic repertoire we propose to show the available publications between Spanish and legal Italian in two blocks. In the first block dedicated to didactics, resources on the introduction to the characteristics of this specialised language are presented, as a preliminary step to the presentation of didactic resources on legal translation, with the aim of acquiring the most important notions in specialised communication. Subsequently, in the second section, the central core of the article, we present the documentary resources which must be consulted by translation students or translation professionals who need an update on the new lines of contrastive research which have brought emerging aspects to light.
