dc.descriptionIsolation of pericytes from mice adipose tissue. Cell culture and knock-down of Lamp2a gene via lentiviral transduction. Coculture of pericytes and glioblastoma cell lines and analysis by RT-qPCR, western-blot and flow cytometry. Generation of glioblastoma in vivo model in mice and intravenous treatment with Lamp2a knoch down pericytes. Analysis of tumor area with immunofluorescent stainings of brain sections.
