Abstract
Son varias las cuestiones que requieren una atención urgente en la formación permanente del profesorado; de ellas, habría que destacer y resolver, cuanto antes, las más, básicas: ¿Cómo se prepara al profesor para que lleve a la práctica las reformas que sucesivamente se van proponiendo? ¿Puede, el profesor que está trabajando, dedicarse con tiempo suficiente a la tarea del perfeccionamiento progresivo y permanente? ¿Van por caminos excesivamente distanciados la investigación educativa y la docencia diaria? Analizamos sobre esta base las medidas que habría que tomar para conseguir que la formación permanente llegase a todos y que el profesor asumiera definitivamente la tarea de su propio reciclaje.
Several matters require urgent attention in the teacher permanent training. Some of them are basic and should be emphasized and solved as soon as possible:- How is the teacher trained to carry out the successive reforms?- Has the working teacher enough time to take up his progressive and permanent improvement task?- Are educative investigation and daily teaching two ways extremely separated?We analyse on this basis the necessary steps to insuree that permanent training reaches every teacher and the teacher himself assumes his own recycling task.
