Abstract
En el Sureste de España hay toda una serie de aprovechamientos de aguas turbias en escorrentías
intermitentes de cauces tipo rambla que han permitido el desarrollo de espacios agrarios de
secanos asistidos. Así en la Rambla del Cabezo Blanco o del Zoco (entre las pedanías murcianas de
Guadalupe y Espinardo), se encuentra un sistema hidráulico formado por una presa de derivación de
avenidas y dos boqueras que partían de cada uno de sus extremos, para organizar la distribución del
agua en su cono de deyección (riego de boquera, tierras de alfait), transformado en espacio de secano
dedicado, en los últimos veinte siglos, a cultivo de olivar.
Abstract: In Southeast Spain there are a number of uses of turbid water runoff intermittent watercourse type channels that have enabled the development of dryland agricultural areas of assisted. Thus in the Rambla del Cabezo White or souk (between Murcia districts of Guadalupe and Espinardo), a hydraulic system consisting of a diversion dam flood and two sores that started with each of its ends is to organize the distribution water in its alluvial fan (boquera irrigation, land alfait), transformed into dry space devoted in the last twenty centuries, growing olives.
