Abstract
Las técnicas de gestión en las organizaciones aplicadas a los centros de
información, bibliotecas fundamentalmente, suponen cambios importantes en relación
a su estructura, organización, objetivos y otros factores. Se señala la gestión y
valoración positiva de los resultados como medio de competir con nuevas unidades
de información. Se persigue la calidad y el éxito.
ABSTRACT: Management techniques applied to documentation centres, specially librries, imply important changes in relation to their structure, organization, objectives, and other factors. Management and results appraisal are pointed as the means of competive with new information units. Quality and success are songht.
