Abstract
En torno a 1760 fue compuesto un Testamento burlesco del rey de Prusia, Federico II, en déci- mas españolas. Y también unas seguidillas que insultaban al mismo rey. Era poesía política, es- crita en español contra el enemigo prusiano, en el marco de la Guerra de los Siete Años. El artículo analiza la poesía política española de aquel tiempo, que se hallaba escrita entre el registro popular y el elitista.
In 1760 more or less it was written a burlesque Testament of the King of Prussia, Frederick II, in Spanish "décimas". And some "seguidillas" insulting the king himself. It was political poetry, written in Spanish against the Prussian enemy, during the Seven Years' War. This article analyzes the Spanish political poetry of that time, and his folk and elitist ingredients.
