Abstract
La función tutorial es una cuestión de ineludible tratamiento en
la formación inicial del profesorado. En este artículo se analiza la
situación en Holanda y las propuestas derivadas del análisis de los
modelos actualmente vigentes en el sistema educativo de esa nación,
proponiéndose una nueva estrategia con tres caracteres definitorios
básicos: la intensidad de la actuación, la contextualidad y la integración
en el sistema organizativo y curricular del centro.
The function of tutoring is a question which must inevitably be dealt with in initial teacher education. In this paper the situation in Holland is analyzed together with the proposals which are derived from this analysis of the present models in this country's education system. A new strategy with three basic defining characteristics is proposed: the intensity of behaviour, contextuality and integration in the organizational system and in the centre's curriculum.
