Abstract
El trabajo analiza algunos casos de defraudación tributaria,
relacionados con futbolistas de élite, que han saltado recientemente a los medios de
comunicación. En primer lugar, se explica cómo tributan en España las rentas obtenidas
por un futbolista. En segundo lugar, se estudian los mecanismos elusorios que se han
utilizado para la evasión fiscal en los últimos supuestos detectados. Finalmente, se
exponen las consecuencias jurídicas que, desde el ordenamiento tributario, se derivan de
la elusión producida.
The paper analyzes the tributary cheating of the football players. First, the taxation of the football players is studied. Secondly, the methods that have been in use for eluding the above mentioned taxation. Finely, there are exposed the juridical consequences derived from the above mentioned cheating.
