Abstract
Es difícil hacer un análisis de la Ley Orgánica para la Mejora
de la Calidad Educativa (LOMCE) porque es compleja y
hay que analizarla en sus propuestas explícitas, así como en
el currículo oculto. El Partido Popular, que ha mezclado en el
texto las reivindicaciones de los grupos ideológicos que apoyan
las políticas conservadoras, muestra importantes contradicciones
entre las propuestas que dice que va a desarrollar
y las que verdaderamente aplica en los territorios en los que
gobierna.
It is difficult to make an analysis of the LOMCE because it is complex and must be analysed in terms of its explicit proposals, as well as in terms of the hidden curriculum contained within it. The Popular Party (PP) has littered the text with the claims of ideological groups supporting conservative policies, showing significant contradictions between proposals to be implemented and those which they are actually implementing in the territories where they govern.
