Abstract
Objeto principal de este artículo es el modo de administrar justicia tras el hundimiento del mundo romano y el resurgimiento de categorías jurídicas antiquísimas con las concepciones sacrales existentes en los juicios de Dios y las ordalías. Como objeto concreto de este estudio se toman los problemas jurídicos planteados por la comunidad de pastos.
The main objective of this paper is to analyze the procedure of justice after the collapse of the Roman Empire and the resurgence of the sacral juridical categories in the God trials and the «ordalias». Concretely, the paper studies the juridical pro-blems posed by the pastures communities.
