dc.description.abstract	El problema de la validez del juicio moral es central en la reflexión ética. El artículo se centra en la respuesta de Adam Smith a este problema. Se argumenta que Smith no defiende que el juicio moral depende de los sentimientos privados, sino del juicio del espectador imparcial. Se analiza cómo se forma el juicio del espectador imparcial y se argumenta que la respuesta smithiana se encuentra entre la el escepticismo humeano y el criticismo kantiano.	es
dc.description.abstract	The problem of the rightness of moral judgment is central for ethics. The main point of this article is Adam Smith ́s answer to this problem. I am going to argue that Smith did not think that moral judgment depends on private sentiments, but on the judgment of the impartial spectator. I will defend that the smithian ́s answer is beetwen the humean scepticism and the kantian criticism.	es
