Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad el describir, el posicionamiento estratégico de la gestión documental en el Centro de Investigación y Docencia Eco-nómicas, A. C. (CIDE) a través de su articulación, en dos procesos sustantivos de mejora. Se divide en cuatro fases: la primera toma como punto de partida la norma-tividad dictada por la Ley Federal de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pú-blica Gubernamental (LFTAIPG). En la segunda se delimitan los procesos de mejora y su alcance a partir de los resultados de un diagnóstico institucional, dos encuestas de percepción de servicios y una propuesta de gestión electrónica de documentos. En la tercera se define y diseña la estrategia para la organización y sistematización de los documentos en estos procesos de mejora. La cuarta se enfoca al análisis de los resultados.
ABSTRACT: The main goal of the present case study is to describe the strategic posi-tioning of document management under a business processes management approach at the CIDE. The study is divided into four phases: The first takes into consideration the regulatory nature of the Federal Law of Transparency and Access to the Gov-ernmental Public Information (LFTAIPG). The second describes how the innovation processes and its scope were delimited as a result of an institutional diagnosis, two surveys on user’s perceptions of services and a proposal of an electronic document management system. The third is focuses on the development and implementation of a strategy for organizing and systematizing a document management system for the improvement of processes. The fourth and final phase focuses on the analysis of the results.
