Description
Abstract
The presence of coins of the Sardo-Punic series VI in military contexts related to the Second Punic War leads us to analyze the distribution of this coinage throughout the Iberian Peninsula. Through the analysis of its distribution patterns and the comparison with other monetary sets related to the conflict, we establish a link between the presence of these pieces and the logistics of the Roman republican army.
