punto de inflexión radical de su reflexión, sino el consecuente desarrollo de su original
inspiración. Su interpretación de Friedrich Nietzsche y de Martin Heidegger señala en la
historia no sólo el punto de partida de la filosofía, sino también la referen
cia a la que debe
regresar cuando encuentre sus nociones

clave: ser, verdad, acción. El ensayo se ocupa
en particular del papel que asume la historicidad en la "teoría de la racionalidad" de
Vattimo, que tiene su verdadero fundamento en la acción política.
The political issues of G. Vattimo’s “weak thought” are part of its original features. Vattimo’s reading of F. Nietzsche and M. Heidegger argues that historical concreteness is both the starting point of philosophy and its main reference to investigate notions such as being, truth, and action. The present essay discusses the role of historicity in Vattimo’s “theory of rationality”, dealing with political initiative as its very g round.
