dc.description.abstractEste artículo tiene como objeto presentar una metodología de intervención social con personas y familias multiproblemáticas desde los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios en España. Según el Informe de Servicios Sociales de 2019, estos casos representan el 25,6% de las atenciones, lo que hace necesario contar con un método desde el Trabajo Social. La investigación se fundamenta en una revisión y análisis de contenido de documentos teóricos, metodológicos, normativos y de procedimientos utilizados en Trabajo Social. Entre los principales resultados destacan: Se presenta la metodología de intervención, basada en una herramienta screening y sus fases básicas según el Trabajo Social de Casos. Se concluye que contar con una metodología de intervención específica refuerza la profesionalización del Trabajo Social.
dc.description.abstractThis article aims to present a methodology of social intervention with multi-problem individuals and families from community social services in Spain. According to the 2019 Spanish Social Services Report, these cases represent 25.6% of the care, which makes it necessary to have a method from Social Work. Methodology: The research is based on a review and content analysis of theoretical, methodological, normative and procedural documents used in social work. Results: The intervention methodology is presented, based on a screening tool and its basic phases according to Social Case Work. Conclusion: Having a specific intervention methodology reinforces the professionalization of Social Work.
