Description
Abstract
This work includes the changes that the Spanish Civil Procedure Law has experienced to stay to the requirements of the European legal order. It is important to distinguish, on the one hand, those reforms that are aimed to give full effect to what European standards establish and, on the other hand, those that are required because of the insufficiency of the internal legal regime or by opposition to EU law on the terms resulting from its interpretation by the Court of Justice of the European Union.
