Abstract
En el presente trabajo. se estudia la estructuración del sistema educativo panameño, la formación, perfeccionamiento, capacitación y actualización del futuro docente, como el docente en servicio. Se exponen los planes y programas de la formación docente de cada nivel o especialidad educativa, así como también, las proyecciones de la formación docente en el futuro
In this project, we are going to study the structuration of the panamanian education system, the training, perfection, capacitation and the actualice of the future teacher, as the teacher in service. It is expose the plans and programs for the training of the teachers in each level o educational speciality, and also, the projects for the training of the teacher in the future.
