Abstract
La intención principal de este artículo consiste en el estudio de la obra pictórica y teórica del artista suizo Paul Klee a partir de la idea de entremundo. En primer lugar, se examinará la influencia tanto del arte abstracto y el expresionismo en su obra como la posterior producción de una teoría propia sobre el arte y su aplicación práctica. En segundo lugar, se analizarán las consecuencias filosóficas y socio-políticas de su teoría, mostrando cómo su idea de entremundo, su concepción de la realidad como proceso y potencialidad, no implica su materialización en una propuesta política definida.
The main aim of this article is to study the pictorial and theoretical work of the Swiss artist Paul Klee departing from his own world-between idea. First of all, we will inquire into the abstract art and expressionism’s influence on his artistic practice as well as into his subsequent production of an own theory of art and its practical application. The second part, on the other hand, will focus on the philosophical and socio-political consequences of this theory, exposing how the idea of the world-between, that concrete conception of reality as process and potentiality, does not imply a materialization in a defined political proposal.
