dc.description.abstract	Résumé: En 1978 l’anthropologue sénégalaise Awa Thiam publie La parole aux Négresses (1978), un essai où elle dénonce les difficultés auxquelles se heurtent les femmes dans le continent noir. Trente ans plus tard, Tanella Boni, écrivaine ivoirienne, aborde cette même problématique dans Que vivent les femmes d’Afrique? (2008). En raison de la distance temporelle qui les sépare, la confrontation de ces deux textes permet de dresser un bilan assez exact de l’évolution de la situation de la femme africaine dans les dernières années.	fr
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: Thirty years is the time span that separates the publication of two works considered essential to understand the struggle for the rights of African women in the last decades. We are referring to the essays La parole aux négresses (1978) by the Senegalese anthropologist Awa Thiam, and Que vivent les femmes d’Afrique? (2008) by Tanella Boni from the Ivory Coast. Both women who belong to the same generation — Awa Tian was born in 1950 and Tanella Boni four years later— have examined in their writings the different “malaise” suffered by African women. In this study, we will reference the demands proposed by both writers to assess the achievements, the setbacks and the impasse that the African continent has endured in relation to women’s rights.	En
