Abstract
En este artículo se da a conocer una moneda presum iblemente acuñada en la ceca de Aquileia a nombre de Crispo y con reverso correspon diente a su padre, Constantino I. Además, el ejemplar en particular presenta una cesura de le yenda inédita para el taller. A efectos de intentar establecer si se trata de una acuñación hí brida producto de cuños oficiales, bien de una emisión imitativa o irregular de la época, se ha ll evado a cabo un análisis estilístico sobre la epigrafía, contrastando nuestra moneda con otras pi ezas oficiales de acuñación fehaciente, a la par que se evalúan distintas posibilidades en cuant o a su origen.
In this article we present a coin presumably minte d in Aquileia in the name of Crispus with a reverse type usually attributed to his fathe r, Constantine I. Furthermore, this particular specimen has a legend caesura unknown for this work shop. In order to try to establish whether it is a hybrid product from official dies, imitative o r irregular issuance of the period, we carry out a stylistic analysis of the epigraphy, contrasting our coin with other official coins and at the same time elaborating different possibilities as to its origin.
