Abstract
Desde mi experiencia de casi tres años como supervisora y de tres años como adjunta de
enfermería en un Hospital de agudos de alrededor de 300 camas, he comprobado la
necesidad de realizar reuniones eficaces, es decir, que cumplan el objetivo propuesto,
entendiendo como eficacia: la capacidad de lograr el efecto que se desea o se espera. Para
conseguir esto me parece fundamental realizar tres etapas: preparación, realización y
seguimiento. Siendo cada una de estas etapas de igual importancia para alcanzar nuestros
objetivos.
ABSTRACT From my almost three year-old experience like supervisory and of three years like it attaches of infirmary in a Hospital of sharp of around 300 beds, I have checked the necessity to carry out effective meetings, that is to say that complete the proposed objective, understanding as effectiveness: the capacity to achieve the effect that is wanted or it is expected. To get this I find fundamental to have the support of a protocol of meetings that includes three stages: preparation, realization and pursuit.
