Abstract
Después de una breve introducción sobre la historia de los colegios alemanes en el extranjero y en particular en España, este trabajo enfoca las particularidades de la fundación y posterior historia del Colegio Alemán de Cartagena (España) entre 1931 y 1945. Hace hincapié en la implicación de la comunidad alemana y del cuerpo docente en la presunta ideologización de la enseñanza bajo la dictadura nazi.
After a brief general introduction to the history of German schools abroad and in Spain inparticular, this paper focuses on the particularities of the founding and subsequent history ofthe German School of Cartagena (Spain) between 1931 and 1945. It emphasizes the study ofthe involvement of the German community and the teaching staff in the alleged ideologizationof education under the Nazi dictatorship
