dc.description.abstract	La aprobación del anteproyecto de ley de servicios sociales por el Gobierno de España justifica la finalidad de este artículo; analizar las oportunidades e impactos normativos y de derechos que esta ley significaría en la regulación de los servicios sociales en España. El método de investigación es mixto, cualitativo y cuantitativo. El primero a través del análisis de ontenido de documentos recopilando propuestas que respondan a qué actores demandan esa ley estatal y qué tipo de ley se plantea, cómo ha sido esta aspiración, qué contenido se entendía que debía recoger y los intentos por materializarla llevados a cabo. El segundo a través de la participación de personas expertas y profesionales en España (n=587) empleando cuestionarios previamente validados. Las conclusiones del estudio evidencian gran variabilidad en la tipología de la norma a aprobar, pero gran coincidencia en el contenido y en que aportaría al sistema de servicios sociales en España universalización, financiación e igualdad interterritorial.
dc.description.abstract	The approval of the draft law on social services by the Spanish Government justifies the purpose of this article: to analyse the opportunities and regulatory and rights impacts that this law would mean for the regulation of social services in Spain. The research method is mixed, qualitative and quantitative. The first is through the content analysis of documents, compiling proposals that respond to which actors demand this state law and what type of law is proposed, what this aspiration has been, what content it was understood it should contain and the attempts to materialise it carried out. The second is through the participation of experts and professionals in Spain (n=587) using previously validated questionnaires. The conclusions of the study show great variability in the typology of the norm to be approved, but great coincidence in the content and in what it would contribute to the system of social services in Spain in terms of universalisation, financing and inter-territorial equality.
