Description
Abstract
ABSTRACT: This article explores how science and technology have influenced 20th century arts and engendered an interest in ideas such as indeterminacy, randomness and autonomy. This was initially explored by very few artists, but later to be embraced by more as computers became widespread. This article also analyses the effect works developed under those parameters have had on concepts such as authorship, creativity and original/copy.
