dc.description.abstract	Sobre la base del paradigma interpretativista y el enfoque del Análisis Crítico del Discurso (ACD), este trabajo se centra en la problemática sobre la justicia en Argentina. La metodología aplicada es, predominantemente, inductiva y cualitativa. El corpus está constituido por comentarios digitales asociados a un caso específico en el cual se vulneró el derecho a la vida. Para el estudio del corpus, se utilizan Nvivo y el Método de Abordajes Lingüísticos Convergentes para el ACD. La pregunta de investigación nuclear es: más allá de las definiciones sobre justicia producidas en los ámbitos jurídico y académico, cuál es su acento valorativo (Volóshinov, 2009) para los/as ciudadanos/as y, en este sentido, ¿cuáles son los rasgos lingüístico-discursivos con los que construyen representaciones sobre la justicia y en torno a ella?	es
dc.description.abstract	Based on the interpretative paradigm and the Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) approach, this work focuses on the issue of justice in Argentina. The methodology applied is predominantly inductive and qualitative. The corpus consists of digital comments associated with a specific case in which the right to life was violated. For the corpus study, Nvivo and the Method of Convergent Linguistic Approaches for CDA are used. The central research question is: Beyond the definitions of justice produced in the legal and academic fields, what is its evaluative emphasis (Volóshinov, 2009) for citizens, and in this regard, what are the linguistic-discursive features with which they construct representations of justice and around it?	es
