Abstract
Tras la presentación de una experiencia realizada durante dos cursos con un grupo de maestros con titulación reciente, para que pudieran completar su formación junto a maestros en ejercicio, la comunicación presenta el proyecto para un curso de perfeccionamiento docente. En dicho proyecto se atiende paralelamente al perfeccionamiento de los maestros noveles y al reciclaje de los maestros en ejercicio, a través de Seminarios y Orientaciones tutoriales.
The paper begins with the description of an experience carried out through two school-year courses with beginning teachers. The aim of it was to complete their training by woriking together with experienced teachers.This paper presents a project for a teaching training course in which both, beginning teachers and experienced in-service teachers are considered in order to improve their teaching. Tutorial sessions and Seminaries are organised during the course.
