Abstract
El
profesorado
de
hoy
día
necesita
una
formación
continua
que
lo
capacite
para
estar
a
la
altura
de
las
exigencias
del
siglo
XXI.
El
alumnado
actual
necesita
un
aprendizaje
significativo
y
personalizado
según
sus
características
particulares
y
que
le
permita
desarrollarse
con
éxito
en
la
nueva
sociedad
digital
en
la
que
se
encuentra.
Atendiendo
a
todas
estas
necesidades
educativas
de
la
forma
más
efectiva
se
contribuye
a
ofrecer
una
educación
de
calidad.
El
objetivo
principal
planteado
en
este
trabajo
es
el
análisis
de
la
producción
que
existe
en
Scopus
sobre
esta
cuestión.
Se
ha
seguido
una
metodología
propia
de
los
estudios
bibliométricos
para
llegar
a
la
conclusión
de
que
cada
vez
hay
más
producción
sobre
este
tema,
se
han
corroborado
las
leyes
de
la
bibliometría
y
conocido
los
indicadores
de
impacto
en
función
de
8
variables.
Today's teachers need continuous training to enable them to meet the demands of the 21st century. Today's students need meaningful and personalized learning according to their particular characteristics and that will allow them to develop successfully in the new digital society in which they find themselves. Attending to all these educational needs in the most effective way contributes to offering a quality education. The main objective of this work is the analysis of the production that exists in Scopus on this issue. A methodology typical of bibliometric studies has been followed in order to reach the conclusion that there is an increasing production on this subject, the laws of bibliometrics have been corroborated and the impact indicators are known according to 8 variables.
