Abstract
Este artículo explora el debate actual en torno a la libertad
de expresión y lo inserta dentro de la distinción que
estableció Isaiah Berlin entre libertad positiva y libertad
negativa. Después de mostrar los límites de concebir la
libertad (de expresión) de forma negativa, se propone
una nueva forma de libertad de expresión, a saber, la
positiva, que se plantee cómo hacer justicia cuando
hablamos y cuyo objetivo sea la emancipación humana
