dc.description.abstractReport of the situation of the information specialists (librarians, archivists and documentalists in Spain, offering the current state and a prospective view on new trends and professional matters. The study was carried out in 2011 and includes three parts: a quantitive analysis including data and figures on the archives, libraries and museums in Spain; a qualitative analysis, based on a survey on the present and the future of the profession; and an Delphi study of Spanish experts in archives, libraries and information management. This study offers an outlook on the information profiles used in Spain and perceptions about the future of the sector, professional development and the needs of the collective.es
