dc.description.abstractEn este artículo se analizan, desde una revisión hemerográfica y bibliográfica concreta, las claves históricas y políticas del regreso de Donald Trump a la presidencia de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica en 2025, desde un presupuesto de partida, el excepcionalismo nacionalista, y hacia un proyecto transformador, la revolución tecnoconservadora, Así, se señalan los principales hitos, los presupuestos ideológicos y los proyectos institucionales del presidente al mando del movimiento MAGA, a nivel interno como evolución del Partido Republicano, en sus bases de apoyo y en sus corrientes internas, en plena pugna con la izquierda estadounidense en el campo de la Batalla Cultural, y a nivel externo como reflejo máximo con la consolidación y crecimiento del plural fenómeno soberanista e identitario tanto en Occidente como en otras partes de un mundo cada vez más multipolar.es
dc.description.abstractThis article analyzes, from a specific newspaper and bibliographical review, the historical and political keys to the return of Donald Trump to the presidency of the United States of America in 2025, from a starting budget, nationalist exceptionalism, and towards a project transformative, the technoconservative revolution. Thus, the main milestones, the ideological budgets and the institutional projects of the president at the helm of the MAGA movement are pointed out, internally as an evolution of the Republican Party, in its support bases and in its internal currents, in full struggle with the American left in the field of the Cultural Battle, and externally as a maximum reflection with the consolidation and growth of the plural sovereignty and identity phenomenon both in the West and in other parts of an increasingly more multipolar.
