Abstract
Nerea Monzón Carceller analiza las principales novedades del Real Decreto-Ley 5/2023 sobre modificaciones estructurales de sociedades mercantiles españolas, destacando el nuevo régimen jurídico para operaciones internas y transfronterizas, que busca transponer la Directiva (UE) 2019/2121 al derecho español, respecto a las transformaciones, fusiones y escisiones transfronterizas. The aim is to highlight the novelties compared to the previous legislation.
