dc.description.abstractSe desarrollan los siguientes puntos: la estructura de los niveles educativos como punto de partida para deducir qué profesores se necesitan, la integración de los estudios de formación del profesorado en la Universidad, la selectividad, la formación teórica y práctica que deben recibir los futuros profesores, la metodología a usar en esa formación y el tipo de profesores formadores de los maestros. Sobre cada punto se ofrecen tres reflexiones: las tendencias actuales en el mundo sobre el tema que se debate en ese punto, las opiniones de los propios profesores y alumnos de las EUM, recogidas a través de un sondeo en una muestra de 2.000 sujetos, y, por fin, algunas sugerencias de los autores sobre el asunto en cuestión.es
dc.description.abstractThe aspects which are going to be developed are the following ones: first of all the different stages of compulsory education to see what kind of teachers they need; the integration of teacher training studies in the University, the University entrance examination, the theoretical and practical elements of teacher training for the future, the methods of training and the kind of teacher trainers that are required.There are three reflections offered about the above aspects: the patterns and themes in the research, the opinions of the teachers and students from Training School, collected on a sample of 2000 people and, last, some suggestions from the authors about the matters.es
