Description
Abstract
plantean cuatro tipos de actividades: a) análisis de textos con Voyant Tools;
The cultural mutation promoted by the rise of new technologies has produced new educational needs in students. Nowadays, digital competence and critical thinking are part of the essential skill set for hyperconnected youth in the digital age. In addition, the emergence of an interdisciplinary field of study such as Digital Humanities presents a series of opportunities for the educational system, since it provides useful tools that link the digital and the humanistic. This work aims to present a proposal of activities based on the use of these tools for the development of literary education for students at lower educational stages. Thus, four types of activities are proposed: a) text analysis with Voyant Tools; b) analysis of terms using Google Books Ngram Viewer; c) gamified questionnaires through Kahoot!; and, d) debates and role-playing games with the social network Instagram. The findings of this study allow to verify the development of literary and communicative competence, stimulate teamwork and creativity, and encourage feedback between student-teacher and among peers.
