Abstract
La comunidad científica internacional señala la necesidad de
incluir en la formación inicial del profesorado, contenidos
sobre prevención y detección precoz de la violencia de
género ofreciendo orientaciones que garanticen su calidad.
Se destaca el papel que puede jugar el profesorado
en el contexto doméstico. También ofrece orientaciones
para capacitarlo en la coordinación con los diferentes
profesionales y agentes implicados en el trabajo con la
infancia, la adolescencia y las mujeres. Se incide que la
violencia de género es un problema social. En consecuencia
la intervención de toda la comunidad es clave en la
prevención y detección precoz. Algunos centros educativos
ya están impulsando este modelo de trabajo comunitario y
dialógico.
The international scientific community points to the need to include contents on prevention and early detection of gender violence in initial teacher training and provides guidance to ensure their quality. Many of these studies highlight the role played by teachers in the domestic context. Scientific literature also provides guidance to train teachers in the intervention and coordination with the various professionals and stakeholders in working with children, adolescents and women. Domestic violence is a social problem and the intervention of the whole community is key for its prevention and early detection. Some schools are already promoting this model of communitarian and dialogic work.
