Abstract
En este trabajo se analizan los fundamentos teóricos del post-neoliberalismo en
comparación al neoliberalismo del Consenso de Washington y a la concepción boliviana
de Desarrollo que contiene la propuesta del Socialismo Comunitario. Asimismo, se parte
de la orientación post-neoliberal del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo elaborado en 2006 y de
la Constitución Política de 2009 para concretar en las políticas macroeconómicas y
sociales post-neoliberales así como sus resultados más destacados. Por último, se hace
un resumen de políticas económicas, instituciones y entramado legal desarrollado entorno
a los sectores agrarios, manufactureros y estratégicos
In this work, the theoretical fundamentals of post-neoliberalism are analysed in relation to the Washington Consensus ́s neoliberalism and with respect to the Bolivian understanding of Development that involves the proposal of Communitarian Socialism. As well, we will go from the post-neoliberal orientation of the Plan Nacional de Desarrollo elaborated in 2006 and that of the Political Constitution of 2009 to the concrete post-neoliberal macroeconomic and social policies along with their most remarkable results. For last, there will be resume of the economic policies, institutions and legal framework developed around the agricultural, manufacture and strategic sectors.
