Abstract
Presentamos los resultados de la intervención arqueológica realizada en la Catedral de Orihuela con motivo de
la rehabilitación del sepulcro y su adaptación como panteón de los obispos de Orihuela-Alicante. Los trabajos
consistieron fundamentalmente en la recuperación de los restos humanos existentes y en la documentación del vaso de enterramiento.
We present the results of the archaeological survey conducted in Orihuela Cathedral to mark the restoration of the sepulchre and its adaptation as a pantheon of bishops of Orihuela-Alicante. The work consisted mainly in the recovery of human remains existing and documenting burial vessel.
