Abstract
La economía andaluza se enfrenta a un serio problema en las últimas décadas, el
desempleo de su población y en especial el desempleo de los más jóvenes. Este problema
se espera que se agrave aún más en la actualidad como consecuencia de los efectos de la
COVID-19 sobre la producción y el empleo.
Para luchar contra este problema, la Administración Pública en Andalucía debe
potenciar mediante su apoyo institucional y financiero la creación de startups. Este tipo de
empresas altamente tecnológicas han demostrado una alta capacidad para generar empleo
de calidad, lo que sin duda podría contribuir a absorber, en gran medida, parte del empleo
destruido durante esta pandemia, además de sentar las bases para una vez finalizada la
pandemia conseguir aumentar el empleo en la economía andaluza y en especial el empleo de
los más jóvenes
The Andalusian economy has faced a serious problem in the last decades, the unemployment of its population and especially the unemployment of the youngest.
