Abstract
La presente Comunicación expone una experiencia de reciclaje llevada a cabo en nuestra Escuela. Son tres los modos de funcionamiento del reciclaje: en una primera modalidad, los maestros se trasladan un día por semana a la Escuela de profesorado para participar allí en el reciclaje; en una segunda, el Coordinador del Proyecto se traslada al propio Centro escolar desarrollándose allí las sesiones; en la tercera modalidad, la sesión se traslada a la propia aula de clase, siendo el profesor objeto de observación. En todos los casos los profesores que se reciclan son sustituidos en su clase un día por semana por alumnos de tercero de la Escuela de Profesorado. Ello incide directamente en la organización de la asignatura de Prácticas de enseñanza.
This paper is about a re-training experience at our Teacher Training College.This re-training consists of three modes: in the first, the teachers attend sessions at the college one day a week; in the second, the Project coordinator holds the sessions at the school concerned; in the third, the session takes place in the classroom itself where the teacher is observed.All the teachers involved are substituted one day a week by third year students of the Teacher Training College. This directly affects the organisation of the teaching practice.
