Abstract
En la encrucijada actual en la que se están implantando los grados en las distintas universidades españolas los servicios tutoriales han adquirido una relevancia superior a la que ya tenían, puesto que son una de las vías principales mediante la que el alumnado se interrelaciona con la Universidad, por lo que se ha considerado muy relevante estudiar el conocimiento que el alumnado tiene de estos los servicios, así como su uso. Para lo que se ha analizado las diferentes opciones tutoriales, desde los servicios más generales, hasta la tutoría docente, de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura de Administración y Dirección de de Empresas de la Universidad de Huelva. Como conclusión general del trabajo se ha destacar la necesidad de dar a conocer mejor al alumnado los servicios orientadores que tiene a su disposición, así como las funciones e implicaciones de las tutorías docentes, debido a la importancia que éstas están adquiriendo en los nuevos grados.
Spanish universities are currently introducing new degrees and in such a scenario tutorial services are much more important than they used to be, as they are one of the main means by which students interact with their university. The aim of this paper is to understand how Business Management and Administration students at the University of Huelva (Spain) view guidance and tutorial services of their university. We carried out a survey with the help of a questionnaire and our sample was made up of 219 students. As a conclusion we would like to emphasise the need to raise awareness of the guidance services, and the roles and implications of educational tutorials. Furthermore, there is a need for further adaptation of teachers and students in tutorials.
