dc.description.abstract	El año de 1928 se implanta en Venezuela una de las semillas del cambio. Acontecimientos literarios - la aparición de la revista válvula- y políticos -la Semana del Estudiante- colaboran en el despertar revolucionario. En esta etapa, Miguel Otero Silva ocupa un puesto de singular importancia por pertenecer al grupo introductor de la agitación artística en el país. Se estudian en este artículo las obras iniciales del escritor venezolano, Agua y cauce -primer poemario- y Fiebre -primera novela- con el objetivo de comprender cómo plasma en ellas el altruismo sereno -como un desgranarse- que tanto lo caracteriza.	es
dc.description.abstract	The year 1928 is implanted in Venezuela one of the sedes of change. Literary events -the appearance of the magazine válvula- politica-the Student Wook- collaborate in the revolutionary awakening. At this stage, Miguel Otero Silva has a position of singular importance for belonging to the introducer group of artistic turmoil in the country. We study in this article the initial works of the Venezuelan writer, Agua y cauce -book of poetry- and Fiebre -first novel- order to understand how reflects the serene altruism that characterizes him as much.	es
