dc.description.abstractEste artículo intenta desentrañar en qué medida supone la ciencia Diplomática –en las distintas vertientes tipológicas que afectan a nuestro estudio: documentación procesal y notarial- un aporte más o menos interesante para el estudio de documentos desde una perspectiva filológica. Además, hay que señalar que en lo que respecta a la documentación notarial en concreto, la importancia otorgada al conocimiento de las tradiciones discursivas ha acrecentado la atención sobre una taxonomía, la de la tipología documental, que tradicionalmente sólo la diplomática venía teniendo en cuenta.es
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT: This article pretends to unravel to what extent Diplomatics means –in the different typological slopes which affect our study: procedural and notarial documentation- a more or less interesting contribution for the study of the documents from a philological perspective. It should also be noted that in regard to specific notarial documents, the emphasis on knowledge of discursive traditions has increased attention to a taxonomy, the document type that traditionally come only given diplomatic.
