Abstract
El presente trabajo trata de fundamentar la importancia del cuento infantil como recurso
para trabajar en Educación Infantil la educación emocional. Los objetivos que se plantean
tratan de presentar la realidad del tema, de profundizar en todos los apartados que
conciernen a esta relación y de justificar de manera sólida la presencia de estos elementos
en las aulas. Consolidar las bases que sustentan la relación entre, por una parte, la
educación emocional, y, por otra, el cuento como vehículo para llegar a los alumnos es de
vital importancia, y surge a partir del contexto de aula conocido en las prácticas escolares
desarrolladas, donde no se le prestaba demasiada atención. Para lograr los objetivos se
realiza una profunda indagación teórica en la que, a través de diferentes autores, se
conocerá la importancia real de los elementos presentados. Existen numerosos beneficios
al trabajar a través de la literatura infantil la educación de las emociones, y es por ello que
esto debe ser una realidad, un punto de partida, una práctica activa y un contenido
transversal.
This document stands for supporting the importance of children’s stories as a resource to work on emotional education in Infant Education. The main objectives planned deal with the presentation of the topic’s reality; the elaboration on all the sections that are implied in this relationship and the solid justification for the presence of these elements at school. Consolidating the bases that support both emotional education and children’s stories as a vehicle to reach students is vital. This idea arouse after developing my teaching placement in a particular classroom atmosphere, where emotional education through storytelling was disregarded. In order to reach the specified objectives, a deep theoretical analysis will be done, in which we will discover the real importance of this topic according to different authors. There are many benefits of working emotions through children’s literature, and that is why this practise should be a reality; a starting point; an active activity and an interdisciplinary content during this stage of education.
