Abstract
Este breve escrito parte de una propuesta que puede significar un pequeño avance más en la historia del género. Se centra en una época que aunque lejana, la edad moderna, constituye el punto de partida del patriarcado: la construcción del Estado, Trento, constituyen eventos que van a tener lugar entonces y van a dejar sentir marcadamente su impronta sobre la familia y las relaciones de género. La propuesta exhibe la importancia de estudiar el género en el marco familiar desde el concepto de estrategia. La estrategia familiar, reproductora de la jerarquía y la autoridad, pero también impulsora de cambios, explica las construcciones, significados e inhibiciones en las relaciones del género.
