La cultura del agua traducida a un significado arquitectónico nos pone de manifi esto como el hombre se las ha ingeniado para captar, tratar y almacenar el agua para su uso. Es destacable la gran cantidad de aljibes que se encuentran en el municipio de Torre Pacheco, la mayoría catalogados y documentados.
The water culture, translated into an architectonical meaning, lays bare how man managed to capture, treat and store water for its use. It is worth stressing the great number of cisterns present in the Torre Pacheco municipality, most of them catalogued and documented.
