Abstract
A partir de los datos sobre ofertas de empleo recogidos en la Biblioteca
de la Facultad de Traducción y Documentación de la Universidad de Salamanca, y
distribuidos a través de la lista de correo electrónico InfoDOC; se realiza un análisis
de las características del mercado de trabajo en el ámbito de la Biblioteconomía,
Archivística y Documentación en nuestro país. Se expone la metodología desarrollada
en la compilación de datos, y se evalúan aspectos tales como: número de
plazas ofertadas en función de las categorías profesionales, tipos de convocantes,
número de plazas por disciplina, estabilidad del empleo, titulaciones requeridas y
titulaciones específicas, ámbito y distribución geográfica. Para, finalmente, extraer
algunas conclusiones que puedan ser válidas sobre el comportamiento del empleo
en nuestro país.
ABSTRACT: An analysis of the Spanish labour market, as far Archives, Library and Information Science are concerned, is carried out based on the job offer data compiled at the Library of the Faculty of Translations and Information Science of the University of Salamanca. Which data are published on an e-mail list called InfoDOC. The methodology used to compile the data is clearly an assessment of several aspects such as the number of work placements accordingexplained and there is to the professional category, employers, the number of work placements according to the field, job stability, the qualifications needed and the geographical area.
