Description
Abstract
In this article the author shares some reflections and experiences stemming from conversations with colleagues in the Department and other colleagues with whom the author participated in formative courses. These experiences arise in relation to the process of Convergence into the European Higher Education Area which we face at university. The Convergence is an unprecedented historical opportunity in terms of the didactic implications of its principles. We need to commit ourselves, both professors and administrators, to a process of continuous improvement in teaching at university level underlying its importance. At no moment should the author try to close off issues or propose solutions to an on-going process. The intention is rather to encourage more contributions based on a desire to build together, since we do not want to be left aside in a process of which we are key agents.
